The Real Reasons to Come to the Blazin' M Ranch:
Eatin', Drinkin' and Havin' Fun

Our new venues will strive to keep you outside, but our new saloon will call upon you to sit a spell with your favorite libation. The aroma of our flame-broiled chicken and ribs will soon turn your attention to the rustic splendor of our dining barn.

When the Stagecoach Stops
Gates open at 4 p.m. for shopping, strolling and sipping libations. Dinner bell rings at 6:30 p.m. and the hour-long show starts at 7:30 p.m. The shops remain open after the show. The Blazin' M Ranch is open year-round, rain or shine.

Copper Spur Saloon
The cornerstone to any wild western town was the saloon. It was a place to catch up on local lore and meet colorful characters immersed in a card game or bottle of whiskey. Today, the Copper Spur Saloon is still a cornerstone, but it is occupied by more reputable characters who want a specialty drink, local wine or custom brew before the dinner bell rings. We encourage you to come early and stay late.

The Chuckwagon Dining Experience
At 6:30 p.m. you and 279 other pioneers are invited to sit inside our climate-controlled barn on picnic benches for a western-style meal reminiscent of one served around a campfire over a century ago. We'll ask you to grab a tin plate and head to through the chuckwagon where you'll be served tender chicken and ribs, oven-roasted potatoes, Cowboy beans, luscious biscuits and our signature southwestern salad. You can wash it all down with lemonade, iced tea or coffee. Our ranch hands will entertain you with more flying biscuits before we bring you apple cobbler a la mode to round out your dining experience.

Entertainment
At 7:30 p.m., the lights dim and the show, featuring the Blazin' M Cowboys, begins. For one hour, these five talented musicians share their musical skills mixed with cowboy poetry and a dash of cowboy humor. They revel in the opportunity to show the audience what fun a
frontier trail can be.
