TICKET DETAILS
- GOOD FOR 1 Coach Class Round-Trip Ticket.
- RESERVATIONS REQUIRED Contact [email protected] Reservations subject to availability.
- MUST inform the agent of your ticket number when making your reservation.
- Tickets are subject to National Park Service (NPS) entry fees – if you have a park pass please inform the reservation agent as all applicable fees must be paid at time of reservation.
- Ticket must be presented and surrendered at time of travel, photocopies not accepted.
- NOT VALID for The Polar Express and special event trains.
- ADDITIONAL FEES may apply at the venue for special attractions and/or activities.
- This special discounted rate is only available through The Employee Network; NOT AT THE TICKET WINDOW.
- MUST BE USED by December 31, 2022.
- Tickets have no cash value, are NON-REFUNDABLE, and cannot be extended beyond expiration date. This includes undelivered, delayed, lost/stolen, and redeemed tickets.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS
Orders placed BEFORE 5:00PM MONDAY – FRIDAY are mailed or available for pick up the SAME DAY.
Orders placed AFTER 5:00PM OR ON WEEKENDS are mailed or available for pick up the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
- Tickets are processed 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday only.
- Orders are mailed by the United States Postal Service to the SHIPPING ADDRESS you supply during checkout or are available for pick up at 6202 S Maple Ave., Suite 131, Tempe, AZ 85283.
- Our office is CLOSED SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS.
- Tickets CANNOT be picked up at the park.
