TICKET DETAILS

  • GOOD FOR 1 single day admission.
  • VALID during regularly scheduled DAYTIME admission hours.
  • ALL tickets MUST be purchased in advance for a specific day. Once a HARD ticket is purchased and received please contact the Zoo’s Call Center at 602.914.4333 to exchange it for a print at home ticket. 
  • MUST BE USED by November 12, 2020.
  • Parking FREE.
  • NOT valid for special and/or private events. Cannot be used for ZooLights.
  • ADDITIONAL FEES may apply at the venue for special attractions and/or activities.
  • This special discounted rate is only available through The Employee Network; NOT AT THE TICKET WINDOW.
  • All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  This includes undelivered, delayed, lost/stolen, and redeemed tickets.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS

Orders placed BEFORE 5:00PM MONDAY – FRIDAY are mailed or available for pick up the SAME DAY.
Orders placed AFTER 5:00PM OR ON WEEKENDS are mailed or available for pick up the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

  • Tickets are processed 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday only.
  • Orders are mailed by the United States Postal Service to the SHIPPING ADDRESS you supply during checkout or are available for pick up at 136 W. Orion Street, Suite D-9, Tempe, AZ 85283.
  • Our office is CLOSED SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS.
  • Tickets CANNOT be picked up at the park.
