When will I receive my tickets?

You may not receive your tickets immediately!

Your tickets will be processed by our team during regularly scheduled business hours.

When ticket orders are purchased:
Between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, you can expect to receive them via email the same day.
After 4:00 PM, you can expect to receive them via email on or before the next business day.
Over the weekend, you can expect to receive them via email on the next scheduled business day.
On a holiday, you can expect to receive them via email on the next scheduled business day.

Get Your Tickets

Processed tickets will be sent to your email by our team. Be sure and look for an email from @employeenetwork.com. Be sure and check your junk and spam folders.
 

Use Your Tickets

Once you have received your tickets via email, you are ready to go! You can print and present them for admission to the park at the turnstile. In some cases, you may also be able to present them directly from your mobile device for scanning.
 

What is not included

The parking fee is not included in this price. These tickets are not valid for any special or private events.

– All tickets are non-refundable. This includes undelivered, delayed, lost, stolen, and redeemed tickets.
– Individual rides may occasionally close due to maintenance or inclement weather conditions. Visit the park website for possible scheduled ride closures.
