Shipping and Returns Policy

E-Tickets

  • These are electronic tickets (E-mailed tickets)
  • Please allow 1 business day for delivery of e-tickets
  • E-Ticket orders are processed and emailed throughout the day
  • Your E-tickets are NOT sent immediately
  • Orders placed after 4:00 pm (Mon-Thurs) will be sent the following business day
  • Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday will be sent the following Monday
  • Orders will not be processed or e-mailed out on the weekends

Hard tickets & Gift Cards / Certificates (Physical Merchandise)

  • Can be mailed for $1.50 standard USPS or
  • Picked up from our Tempe office from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Our office is closed Saturday, Sunday, and ALL major Holidays.

Return and Cancellation Policy

The Employee Networks policy normally is ALL orders are Non-Refundable. However, under certain unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be considered.
  • A fee of $8.00 per ticket/gift certificate will be applied to “APPROVED” returned tickets & gift certificates.
  • Ticket(s) will NOT be considered for a refund if expired.
  • Scanned ticket(s) or multi-day partially used ticket(s) will NOT be considered for a refund.
  • Approved refunded ticket(s) would need to be returned within 2 weeks of purchase or expiration date printed on the ticket(s) whichever comes first.
  • Refunds may not be immediate due to checking ticket validity & financial institutions processing delays.
  • An order cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged if the order was placed but tickets/gift certificates were not issued prior to the request.
  • Special event tickets noted “ALL SALES FINAL” will not be considered for a refund.
  • Universal Studios Hollywood Orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The Employee Network is not liable (ALL tickets/vouchers/gift certificates are non-refundable) for an unfavorable experience resulting while attending a theme park or venue.
  • Nor is it responsible for individual rides that may occasionally close due to maintenance and/or inclement weather conditions.

E-Tickets

  • Theme park E-tickets that have been redeemed or partially redeemed cannot be returned.
  • Multi Day Theme park E-tickets (i.e. 3 Day Park Hopper) are non-transferrable and cannot be utilized by anyone other than the original ticket holder.
  • To return e-tickets, they must first be verified as unused.
  • Please call our office to see if your order qualifies for the return at 480.768.0837.
  • A fee of $8.00 per ticket will be deducted prior to refund for administrative fees.

Hard Tickets

  • Original tickets must be returned to The Employee Network’s Office within 30 days of expiration.
  • All tickets will first need to be verified as unused prior to refund.
  • You must provide a receipt of purchase or a copy of your order form along with the tickets.
  • A fee of $8.00 per ticket will be deducted prior to refund for administrative fees.
