In Business Since 1965

Papillon is the oldest Grand Canyon helicopter sightseeing company. After the completion of the TransCanyon Pipeline, our founder discovered that locals and tourists alike were fascinated by the awe-inspiring views only available from the air. He built this company to share the wonder of the Grand Canyon with as many sightseers as possible.

World’s Largest Grand Canyon Sightseeing Company

Papillon operates the largest fleet of sightseeing aircraft in the world. Each aircraft type is chosen and designed to meet the specific needs of sightseeing. Complete with multi-language narration, in-flight, passenger-to-pilot communications and air conditioning, our fleet represents 50+ years of superior service while transporting our guests the Grand Canyon.
