TICKET DETAILS

  • GOOD FOR 1 round trip ticket.
  • RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. Call 800-891-5652 to check availability prior to purchasing.
  • THREE TERMINALS AVAILABLE: (1) Long Beach, (2) San Pedro, and (3) Dana Point entries only.
  • ADDITIONAL $2 per person charge payable at time of check-in for Dana Point departures.
  • CHECK IN one hour prior to departure. Reservations held until 15 minutes prior to departure.
  • BAGGAGE POLICY is limited to 50 pounds per bag. Two bags per person (23”x23”x37” max) allowed.
  • VALID during regularly scheduled hours.
  • MUST BE USED by December 31, 2019.
  • EXCLUDES travel on May 25-27, July 1-7, August 31, and September 2, 2019.
  • Parking NOT INCLUDED.
  • NOT valid for special and/or private events.
  • ADDITIONAL FEES may apply at the venue for special attractions and/or activities.
  • This special discounted rate is only available through The Employee Network; NOT AT THE TICKET WINDOW.
  • All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  This includes undelivered, delayed, lost/stolen, and redeemed tickets.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS

Orders placed BEFORE 4:00PM MONDAY – FRIDAY are emailed the SAME DAY.
Orders placed AFTER 4:00PM OR ON WEEKENDS are emailed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

  • E-Tickets are processed 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday only and sent separately as an attachment to the EMAIL ADDRESS you supply during checkout.
  • Our office is CLOSED SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS.
  • E-Tickets CANNOT be picked up at the park.
